  • What tools will you use or do I need in order to take full advantage of this?
    You don’t need all these tools but In 2024, I plan to build out templates in the following tools:
    * ClickUp- project management tool
    * Zapier - matchmaking and automation tool
    * Google Docs - for SOP’s, canned emails, and checklists.
    * Google Sheets- for some trackers that are made in ClickUp
    * Thrivecart - a checkout tool
    * Miro -process mapping & customer journey templates.

    I don’t see myself having the time to jump into other tools unless a big part of the community needs them. I will operate on a majority needs basis.

    If you don't use those tools, that's ok, there are CSV files for every single tracker. You also have access to swipes and mini trainings that you could benefit from.

  • How will I know what tools, SOPs or trainings I need first?
    Great question! I will provide a roadmap to follow so you can see what you might be missing. However, the roadmap I create will NOT be the end-all-be-all. I will always encourage you to start with what would save you time, energy, or income.
